Now that you have cut you portions and set your goals, let’s take the next step, to healthy fat loss, which is your water intake, drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. By drinking more water it will fill you up, So that you will fill full, and have no need for emotional eating. The water will also help rid your system of toxins, and also it’s good for the whole body. Eat 4 to 6 times a day, small meals. Try to limited white bread, try wheat, and cut back on sugars, soda, candy, pasta, you can enjoy eating some but not to much. “Remember what your Goals are”, not how good it tastes. So hopefully that will help you with how much of these you eat.
