Now this is were the rubber meats the road. In order to really get the Healthy Fat Loss that you want, we have to burn up that Old Fat. We have to start moving to get the fat to burning. Start walking the Dog twice a day, or take a walk two time’s a day at lease 30 minutes each time. Why must I start moving ? You have to start Rebuilding Muscles because muscles burn fat like mad. All you have to do is work out with lite weights, or a tension bands. If you lose weight and not build muscles, the fat will start packing back on. So if you have a gym close to your home try joining. If you have a friend that wants to lose weight, or needs to, maybe you can get them to join with you . “If not”, people that go to the gyms are very helpful , and happy, after all they are changing there lives, and feeling better every day.
