You have to start Rebuilding Muscles because muscles burn fat like mad. All you have to do is work out with lite weights, or a tension bands. If you lose weight and not build muscles, the fat will start packing back on. So if you have a gym close to your home try joining. If you have a friend that wants to lose weight, or needs to, maybe you can get them to join with you . &#8220;If not&#8221;, people that go to the gyms are very helpful , and happy, after all they are changing there lives, and feeling better every day.</p>
