I will outline the steps and then show you how you can easily apply some fundamental rules to allow your body to burn the maximum amount of fat with less effort and minimum time. Now this is were the rubber meats the road. In order to really get the Healthy Fat Loss that you want, we have to burn up that Old Fat. We have to start moving to get the fat to burning. Start walking the Dog twice a day, or take a walk two time’s a day at lease 30 minutes each time. Why must I start moving ? You have to start Rebuilding Muscles because muscles burn fat like mad. All you have to do is work out with lite weights, or a tension bands. If you lose weight and not build muscles, the fat will start packing back on. So if you have a gym close to your home try joining. If you have a friend that wants to lose weight, or needs to, maybe you can get them to join with you . “If not”, people that go to the gyms are very helpful , and happy, after all they are changing there lives, and feeling better every day.

By drinking more water it will fill you up, So that you will fill full, and have no need for emotional eating. The water will also help rid your system of toxins, and also it’s good for the whole body. Eat 4 to 6 times a day, small meals. Try to limited white bread, try wheat, and cut back on sugars, soda, candy, pasta, you can enjoy eating some but not to much. “Remember  what your Goals are”, not how good it tastes.
